Tiger Wrestling Hosts Central Missouri for Senior Night Wednesday

Fort Hays State wrestling looks to bounce back after three straight losses to ranked opponents on Senior Night, Wednesday (Feb. 3), against Central Missouri. The Tigers enter Wednesday’s matchup with an overall record of 5-5, and an MIAA record of 0-3. The Mules head to Hays sporting an overall record of 2-8 and an MIAA record of 1-3.

The backbone for the Tigers this season has been the No. 6 wrestler at 184 pounds Jon Inman. Inman has an outstanding 27-1 record in his junior season and reached the century mark for wins at the Kansas Cup, now sitting with a career record of 102-21.

Tiger seniors have also been a spark for this season. Adam Ludwin (125) owns a 19-7 record, looking for his fifth-consecutive 20-win season, and senior Bradley Little has been a solid at both the 149 and 157 pound weight classes going a combined 17-6. Ludwin has 116 career wins and Little owns 91. Noah Killip, despite a few injury issues this year, owns an 11-4 mark at 141 pounds and enters the night with 90 career wins.

Central Missouri is led by the No. 7 wrestler at 174 pounds, Archie Williams. The senior from Champaign, Ill., has an overall record of 22-7 this season and leads the Mules with 52.5 team points.

The match is set to take place at 7 pm in Gross Memorial Coliseum with senior recognition before the dual.
