Fort Hays State Volleyball is on the road this weekend (Sept. 11-12) at the Tiger/Savage Storm Classic, hosted by Southeastern Oklahoma State and East Central University. The Tigers play two matches in Durant, Okla., on Friday, then head up to Ada, Okla., for a pair of matches on Saturday. FHSU enters the weekend at 1-3 overall.
Fort Hays State plays Southeastern Oklahoma State at noon on Friday, then Southern Nazarene at 5 pm to follow. On Saturday, the Tigers take on East Central at noon and then Cameron University at 5 pm.
Rebekah Spainhour had a big opening weekend, hitting .419 over four matches. She earned Wildcat Open All-Tournament honors for her play in Marquette, Mich.
